Founder of Allan Yuan & Co established in 2021.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, business, and tax, Allan established his own Chartered Accountants practice in 2021, providing accounting, tax, and consulting services to a broad range of clients. He has deep insights and strong experience in the retail and wholesale trade, hospitality, and construction and property development industries. Allan also has significant expertise in asset sales, acquisitions, business integrations, and tax planning within these sectors.
His vision is to break down the barriers that exist between accountants and their clients. Allan is exceedingly passionate about accounting and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are satisfied.
